Design Your Life is a transformative 6-week workshop that gives you the space to pause, reflect, and get clear on where your energy and attention are going—and whether it aligns with what truly matters to you.
Over six weekly 2-hour sessions, you’ll explore why you’re focusing on certain things, how it’s working (or not), and what is blocking you from actualizing your dreams. With only 8 participants per group, you’ll receive personalized attention as we uncover the deeper reasons behind your choices. Through life-coaching tools, curated content that meets the needs of each group, and insightful discussions, we’ll explore key themes like selfishness, boundaries, guilt, and how confusion around these topics may be holding you back from living the life you want.
In addition, you’ll receive two 1:1 coaching sessions to dive deeper into your unique challenges.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll leave with a clear vision of where you are, where you’re headed, and a renewed sense of excitement and purpose. This workshop is designed to help you release confusion, embrace what feels right, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
